Shipping

All headwear is delivered to the address provided on the order form, we cannot be responsible for errors in the delivery information that you supply to us. We are able to deliver worldwide and shipping quotes are seen at checkout.

UK

All deliveries to the United Kingdom are free of charge

Deliveries outside the UK

International orders are usually delivered within 10 working days from despatch, please be aware that the items may take longer if they are subject to customs delays. Our international courier delivers orders and require an email address, phone number for the package and signature on arrival.

Orders will be delivered via our International Shipping Couriers. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.

Customs

While we do everything we can to make sure Customs clear your order, we advise that you check with your local Customs, before importing anything to your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. We will not be liable for charges if your shipment is stopped, charged for or disposed of at Customs.

Returns policy

Bespoke orders that have been custom-made for you cannot be returned but all other orders will be refunded by returning the goods to us in an unworn, unmarked condition, you are responsible for the return postage costs and tracking numbers when items are sent back.

If the product is marked by make-up, we are unable to accept the return and will not issue a refund.

The hat or headpiece must be returned within 14 days following our written acceptance via email of your return.

The returned hat or headpiece must be unworn, entirely in its original condition and in its original packaging.

The returned hat or headpiece must be sent to Somerset Millinery, Lower Coombe Farm, West Buckland, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9LW. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are lost during transit and request that you contact your delivery company directly.

Exclusions

Bespoke pieces that have been custom-made for you according to specific requirements i.e colour and design.
